一切的所谓制度问题，其实都是评价体系的问题而已，呵呵

我记得上学的时候，曾听一位老师说，他有一个题库，一共大约是5000道题，而且有言在先，期末考试就是这里面的题目，最多换个数字。于是乎，全班趋之若鸭子的开始做，但大部分人刚一开始不久就放弃了
据说这位老师每年都这么干，而且题目从来都不换的。有新学生曾对此质疑过，大致是说，这不就等于是考前漏题了吗，云云
呵呵，题库当然不是个问题。其实真的看过这套题目的人都会觉得，这些题目，都不是靠背书能解决的，都要好好的想，都要去查别的资料，而且为了防止换了数字就不认识，还要理解这个题目的类型和原理，这么一下来，要学的东西也就都熟悉的差不多了
话可再说回来，安心做出5000道题目，就冲这个耐性，我觉得这学生也值100分
当然了，这也需要出题的老师水平够高才行，否则不敢这么干，有样学样的硬干了，效果也好不了，还反倒会弄巧成拙，真的就误人子弟了
