老朽在程序员圈里混了前后十几个年头，却一直不怎么关注高手们的动态，大部分时候喜欢闭门造自己独特的车走没人走过的路。最近却偶然看到了Linus的一封老邮件：http://lwn.net/Articles/249460/

而且，原来，神奇的Linus大神也是个坚定的反民粹者，那么再看看Linus的生平履历，实在是顺理成章得无懈可击了
不过呢，老朽最近也在琢磨git（因此才关注到了Linus的这封老邮件），发觉其实git的高速原来和大量的信息冗余密不可分，而算法的贡献相对来讲基本上可以忽略不计了……看来Linus也没有想象当中的那么神奇嘛，挨打也疼喝多了也吐
当然了，老朽也承认C++的那些泔水确实起到了繁荣程序员这个行业的作用，但是就如老朽经常说起的，任何行业的繁荣都必须以从业人员素质的降低为代价——这也可以从反面印证民粹的荒谬
